A man was sitting in a chair on the railway platform, waiting for his train to arrive. A boy was sitting near him.

The man felt hungry and opened a biscuit packet, started to eat the biscuits. The boy took a biscuit from the packet.

The man felt, "This boy does not have manners... see simply taking a biscuit from mine."

The boy smiled.

The man continued his eating, and the boy also continued taking biscuits from the packet.

Just one biscuit was left. The man was waiting and thought, "Let us see... whether this boy will take this last biscuit also."

The boy took half a biscuit, gave half a biscuit to the man, and again smiled at the man.

"This boy is really indecent... no manners at all... I don't know how his parents brought him up," the man thought.

At last, the train came. The man left the chair, located his seat on the train.

The train started and left the platform.

The man wanted to arrange his bag, hence opened it and found his biscuit packet lying inside the bag.

It means the biscuits he took on the platform do not belong to him but to the boy.

The man felt really ashamed and recalled the beautiful and meaningful smile of the boy.

The morale... even the small boys know Human Resource better than the aged ones, is it not?

I see two morals in this story:

1. One should never underestimate the capabilities of juniors or team members; sometimes, they turn out to be smarter or more knowledgeable than bosses.

2. Share whatever you have with your team, be it biscuits or knowledge; it will always help you.
