There is no change in the ESI Contribution. It is 1.75% and 4.75 % respectively for employee and employer. Regards, Madhu.T.K

No. Still the Gov. has not filnalised about changes in the slab.So don’t change the things at your end till you received the notification. Regards Madhura

ESI Wage ceiling has been enhanced from INR 10,000 to INR 15,000 w.e.f. 01.05.10; There is no change in the Rate of Contribution, i.e., 6.5% (Employees' share - 1.75% & Employer's share - 4.75%).
