Hi Sreenivasan,

Generally, each company has its own recruitment process and procedures, but these are the processes generally followed by most companies:

1. Entry Level: Mostly hired through campus recruitments, job fairs, and advertisements in newspapers. Candidates are assessed through written tests on aptitude, technology, and language. Finally, an HR interview is conducted to finalize the candidate selection. The cutoff marks and percentage are predetermined or based on the necessity, and offers are made. A bond may be taken with the candidate later.

2. Mid Level: Mainly sourced by recruiters. The process includes technical interviews followed by project manager interviews, business unit head interviews, and an HR interview before the offer is extended. References are typically checked before making an offer.

3. Managerial Level: Mostly handled by managers, VPs, or directors. These positions are primarily filled by headhunters or through employee referrals.

4. Senior Level: Mainly managed by directors or VP HR and often assigned to headhunters. Nowadays, companies recruit headhunters specializing in these types of recruitments. LinkedIn is a crucial tool for headhunting and connecting with senior-level candidates.

5. Top Level: Handled and decided by stakeholders. Interviews can take place at the corporate office or during a meeting.

I hope these corrections and formatting changes help improve the clarity and professionalism of your message.
