Dear All,

Can any of you help me understand the incentive structure of the recruiters working in a corporate firm? As the recruiter role is much wider in scope within a corporate organization, we would like the incentive structure not to be related to the CTC of the hires. What are the other possible ways we can have the incentive structure?

Hi,

Incentives have to be over and above CTC. Now for recruiters, you could plan something like this:

1. A small portion to be paid the day the candidate joins.
2. A bigger chunk on completion of three months.
3. A small portion again on completion of six months.

This way, the money allocated for each resource to the recruiter is staggered over a period rather than giving out all at one go.

Cordially, preet
