Hi
Let me share my ideas about HR Analyst..............
HR Analyst do strategic & operational management activities related to employee performance to Human Resource. She / He may be a generalist working in several human resource functional areas or a specialist working in such areas as recruitment & selection, risk management or employee leave compliance & tracking.

HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST

As per my investigation and knowledge i'm telling

This is a single level classification. Incumbents perform professional level analytical work in a variety of assignments related to human resource administration. This class is distinguished from the Court Analyst position in that the latter class performs generalist administrative work involving multiple administrative areas that may include human resources, facilities, systems, operational management analysis, budget and other functions but is not limited to any single administrative area.

Under general direction he performs professional analytical support work in areas such as

recruitment, selection, classification, compensation, equal employment opportunity, labor relations, employee relations, performance coaching, succession planning, staff development, safety and risk management, payroll, compliance programs (e.g. EEOC, ADA, FMLA, CFRA, FLSA, and Worker’s Compensation); recommends and administers approved personnel policies; and also performs a variety of complex administrative support tasks.
