Regarding psychometric testing, I would like to present the Online Assessment Tools from TTI, USA. The assessments can be taken online from anywhere. The link and password are provided to an individual, and debriefing is done after the test.

Don't focus on studies; instead, try to find out what is happening in reality in different companies' HR departments. This way, you can upgrade your knowledge, which is most essential for a career-oriented person. I am also an MBA HR fresher graduate but find many undergraduates from various backgrounds in HR doing a tremendous job.
