Dear All
While we mourn the untimely death of a national leader, nobody seems to realize that Mr Gopinath Munde would in all possibility have survived the car accident had he simply worn his rear-seat belt. Nobody realizes the importance of buckling up, even if you are occupying a back seat. In this case, the two cars involved were barely damaged, but Mr Munde, unharnessed, would have been thrown about fatally following the impact.
Please buckle up everybody! India now has the world's highest number of road accident deaths, about 142,000 a year, or nearly 400 per day! We can reduce that figure considerably by employing that simple device—a seat belt!
