Hello Cite,
Happy and prosperous new year to every one........Hare Krishna...
Recently i have got an order to design a training program to make the heads of different verticals to work together.
The problem what i could understand is with their difference of nature..one is important seeker, another goes to shell if situation is demanding, another thinks other depts. are useless, another one hates training...like wise there are 10 people...
As for my understanding, we can't change their nature...they are already in fifties.....
each one is excellent at their domain......
How to make this team worktogether...what kind of module should be designed...
we are thinking of doing an outbound training........
Please help me with your valuable inputs..........

Can u clarify to me what the durn would be for the outbound training and the locn, if possible i can u help u in some details of how to conduct the outbound training.
According to my perception conducting an OBT for a minimum of 15 people would sound worthwhile.
