When an employee have x years bond in company and surrendered the original certificates to employer ,but employee left company before x years of completion .... In the bond it is claimed that all the x years salary what the contract is meant is to be given to the company as per agreement . The agreement is not a registered agrement but signed in stamp papers.
Does it legal to hold the original certificates of the employee in case if he leaves the company with out giving any amount?
In case if holding certificate is not legal , is he eligible to claim the case against the company?
Even if he returns after that x years completion after leaving the company is he legally eligible to claim the certificates?
Is the bond signed between him and the company is not registered , is it valid after the bond period is over ? like he went earlier (before x years claiming his PF and other benefits after x years) ?
