Hi,
Firstly i like to say one thing...... Today market is Open
By NASSCOM Report . In 2008 ,IT/ITES need 2 to 3 lakhs people.
The qualification,certification,Exp,...... etc ... this things are not needed.
If you have Good Technical skill is more than enough.
---------------------------------------------
We know that , Now JDD EdwardsPeoplesoftt,Siebel are under Oracle.
So Oracle HRMS also Bomming like anything this is because Peoplesoft HRMS is very good product when we compare to other products.
In UK,US,Europe market both SAP and Oracle is good
but in Middle east Asia only Oracle is there.... if Africa develops... Dubai is a Only & Easy HUB for the Companies to capture the Africa Market.
So think and Act ..... This is the Right time for Verdict.
Thmks & rgrds,

Good Day Forum members

I want to share my knowlegde about details of SAP

Full Form of SAP is SYSTEM APPLICATION AND PRODUCTS IN

DATAPROCESSING and it is German product.

SAP consultant as 3 streams of Career options

1)Implementation

2)Maintainance

3)Upgrade(Versions)

In Implementation career option there are 3 types of Consultants

1)Basis

2)Technical

3)Functional

-->To become SAP Technical Consultant we must have programming knowledge of ABAP,SAPR/3.

-->SAP Functional have various modules

SAP(HR)

SAP(SD)

SAP(FI/CO)

SAP(MM)

As a HR guys we can opt for SAP(HR)

For this there is no need of having programming language because all functional modules have user friendly screens for doing transactions.

To my knowledge Siemens Certification of SAP training course is the best one but it is costly as some of the members specified.

They have eligibility criteria to undertake SAP training

Other than Siemens now a days there are many training institutes provide course but they cover only 30% of SAP Knowledge so beware in selecting right training institutes.

IF organizations provide training to there associates then its well and good

It is for sure that SAP in very much in demand.

Happy Weekend :!:
