RAMSON’S HRD INSTITUTE (An ISO 9001:2008 Certified Institute by URS London) established on 15-06-2009 & has set the objective of providing an opportunity to all HR individuals, who wish to acquire basic skills on Core HR practical training under the Sri N.Samba Siva Rao. 7 Income Tax on Salary, Gratuity & Bonus.
8 Pay Roll Management, pre-pay Role, Pay role, Post pay role process With Documentation.
9 Practical Training on Provident Fund. Explaining about Law Relations & On Line submission process.
10 * Practical Training on ESI.
* Explaining about Law Relations &
* On Line submission process.
11 Preparation of Policies and Procedures.

12 Brief Explanation on Industrial Laws Such as
 Provident Fund Act – 1952.
 ESI Act – 1948.
 Maternity Benefit Act – 1961.
 Gratuity Act – 1972.
 Bonus Act – 1965.
