Since yours is an establishment wherein risk factor involves much,you convince them to get covered under esi which is benefecial for both the management and worker in many ways. Otherwise,since you can get rid of the compensations aspect under Workmen compensation Act,you talk to the management for covering them under ESI by contributing the both contribution by management.

Dear pradeep69, Such employee has to contribute for the entire salary of Rs.11000 till the contribution period ends viz., SEptember or march as the case may be.
