It will be better to approach the area labour office or office of the Licensing Officer with whom you have deposited this security amount to know the procedure of getting the security refund.

Dear Prasath,
You need to submit form VI-A (Notice of Completion of contract work ) under rule 25 (2) (VIII) to the inspector appointed under sec.28 of the concern act.
