A Pvt. Ltd Company is registered last month and allotted the 17 digit ESI code.
ESI challan can be generated as per due date?
Employees ESI code not applied till now.
So the due ESI contribution can be deducted from the last month salary and to deposit the same in ESI.
My question is till date employees code not applied and the ESI contribution can be paid to ESI Department.

it is duty of employer to collect the details of employees / their family and upload the same to portal and generate TIC
employee will only provide data to employer, employee can NOT apply or generate their membership by self
employee will only provide data to employer, employee can NOT apply or generate their membership by self
employee get IP number which is also generated by the employer by furnisning data on the portal for each employee, employees are not allotted Code, code is for establishment who is liable to deduct contribution and pay the same with establishment's contribution

Can the employer deduct the esi contribution and deposit the same to esi department or after TIC and employee IP no will be able to deposit the esi contribution to the department.

Dear All,
Pvt Ltd Company having the esi code.
Now the employees details with photo are to be uploaded to obtain IP number online.
So the contribution is to be be deposited to esi department after obtaining IP number of employees or can be deposited before also.

Employee has to submit the personal aadhar and family aadhar copies and relationship , employee bank account details and date of birth of self and family members , he has option to select any specified ESIC dispensary, which he can intimate in his declaration form (ESIC) to be preferred (if available)
ESIC has no space for photo upload, but the employee has to get his photograph with family duly attested by employer alongwith TIC validation and visit the dispensary /ESIC hospital for bio metric authentication of self and family members, until the verification is not done, the status will display as "unverified"
Employer has to pay contribution from the month of registration itself, non submission of TIC will not relive him from the statuary liability, but he has to face the penal proceedings also along with interest and damages apart from contribution payment
