Dear all, what is the list of mandatory compliances by Industry/Employer if they have Employee union?

Mandatory compliance has nothing to do with Union or no Union. As a law binding citizen every employer should comply with different Acts and rules as will be applicable for the organization. There are certain common items for compliance and there are certain specifics related to specific industry. List of certain common compliance are as below:-

Maintenance of different registers- Muster roll, attendance register, OT register, C Off register, Wages/Salary register etc; PF, ESI, PTAX, ITAX etc. compliance; Compliance under payment of Gratuity Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act etc. etc.
