Whether you are special or superspecial that is immaterial for us- the fact is that you need certain information about appreciation letter, yes, we used to give every month appreciation letter to employees, who brings improvements in their area of work. We analyse what special things he/she has brought out in their job. The organisation is sustained not because of the majority but because of a few who have that sense of duty, responsibility and unity. They are those who can rise above themselves, above individual considerations of comfort and pleasure and above family considerations. Such special people to be appreciated. "Best Departmental Employee for the month" is selected and give them pats and appreciation. Similarly when people do some great things in their job - then spot appreciation is given. We recognise and reward them . In a year we used to give 900 to 1200 appreciation letters to employees. it means per employee 4/5 appreciation letter in a year. Yearly Reward & Recognition program is conducted in a similar way of Filim Awards. We are ready to compete with any organisation in the matter of HR best practices.
