Dear Gopal,
As per your query, Gratuity and Provident Fund are two separate things.
Gratuity: An employee is eligible for Gratuity only if he completes the period of continuous service for 5 years in a same organisation. Gratuity is also known as "Loyalty Bonus".
So it has no thing do do with whether PF is getting deducted or not.
If you complete a tenure of 5 years of continuous service in same organisation, then you are eligible for Gratuity, as per Payment of Gratuity act 1972.

Dear Mr Kandoi,
You need to share more facts and figures and correct details about nature of your employment and organizations working with. Gratuity and PF are two entirely different regulations. The good news for you to tell is that PF and Gratuity under the separate Acts, both the benefits are social obligations are compulsory but can be legally answered if you share your salary, nos of employees in your company and date of your joining etc.
