Hi Trainers,
Quite Amazing!
We talk about Leadership and Motivation to Leaders, Employees, Managers, Executives, Sales Team. Now do you call this training or fine tuning....?
I would call this fine tuning...the people mentioned above have all the raw material (your company requires from a human resource) needed to make a product or to be a leader or be motivated.
And I would call it training when you make the same product or a leader from whatever is simply available (or to be frank...from whatever is leftover).
Watch this and I believe you would agree with me. The trainer of this man is a masterpiece. We would always think of the performers. Here...i think very much of the trainer. What Guts!
Cheers!

Hi Rajesh,
I agree with you that training is a must. Training can convert a stone into a priceless jewel. At the same i believe that it is not only the efforts of a trainer that is needed in this process even the trainee needs to put his effort ( I would say heart and soul) into it to make the effort worthwhile.
It is in the hands of the trainer and trainee to make the training a success.

Jaya

I agree with you jaya. But for Helen Keller’s determination......it could have been an impossible task for Anne Sullivan. Rajesh Thomas,.

Yes rajesh, it would have been impossible for Anne sullivan, she would have put the initial effort to create interest in the pupil. Thats the challenge which the trainer faces to create interest in the participants, if the trainer fails then the whole process is going be waste.
Creating interest or self interest is what matters in the training program.

Yes rajesh, i do agree with you that it would have been impossible for Anne.
But don't you think thats where the challenge lies for a trainer to create interest in the participants. Just imagine if helen never got interest in what ever anne thought her then she would not have been what she is. I believe first job of the trainer is to create the interest in the participants other wise the whole training process is going to be waste.
Creating interest or self interest in training will make the training a success.

Jaya
