Hi Sir/Madam, I am working xxxx (MNC) company and gave my resignation from my job. I have agreed to complete 1 month notice period as per policy by writing an email.

Currently, I am working from my hometown on my personal system due to covid19.

Today I have received a conference call with my Supervisor and Manager, wherein they told me that I will have to come to the office to complete my remaining notice period or buy back notice on 28th Sept.

My Manager told me that it is mandatory for all the employees to come office and complete the notice period, however, my few colleagues are working from home being on notice period.

Our salary cycle is 21-20 so when I asked about my current month's salary, he said that I would not receive the previous month's salary (21st aug - 20 sept) this month. I have resigned post completion of the salary cycle so will it be credited in FNF.

I have not received the last 4 months' salary because the company did not allot me a system to work from home in lockdown and now they are forcing me to work from office.

I have worked for this complete pay cycle without leave and dependent on the current month's salary.

Any assistance in this matter would be appreciated.
