Hi,

First of all you need to understand why and which MBA you want to do it.

I advise to go for full time executive MBA / PG management programme designed for working executive from top level institute like SP Jain, ISB Hyderabad, XLRI and IIM

If your job does not allow it, then go for part time MBA/ Evening MBA from a very reputed institute, As of now, following institutes offer such programmes:

JBIMS, Mumbai

ADMI, Mumbai

N L Dalmia, Mira Road (Mumbai)

FMS, Delhi

XLRI

ISM Dhanbad

Still, if you do not want a part time also, you should opt it from a good central and state universities only. Never opt MBA from private universities in India.

The good institutes are:

Pondicherry University, DDE

University of Madras, DDE

Anna University

Kurukshetra University

Bharti University

Check whether MBA will add value to your current job profile. That is the most important factor. ALso check for any Performance Development Plans, T&D plans your company has and show your willingness to undergo those. For the eager, they add a good value to your learnings and your profile. Additionally, check whether your current company will support your further education by financial means.
