Hi,
I submitted my PF withdrawal forms when i left my job in India. After 3 months i received a notification stating that the claim has been rejected due to the reason 'Submitted 3A does not match with uploaded ECR'. For the past one month i have been mailing my company HR to look into this matter, but the process is getting dragged. Just wanted to understand this rejection reason and what i could do to expedite the process of PF withdrawal.

Dear AK19,
Why there was a need to submit 3A when the department is now IT rolled out? I can understand that 3A is required for the period prior to IT roll out date, if the account is not up dated by department.
You write a letter to RPFC stating that your department is unnecessary dragging you by not settling your account on some silly reason.
