Hello everyone,
i was just going thru the PF calculations here in CiteHr...And came across a beautiful excel sheet which was carrying salary breakup calculations where in PF deductions employees share 12% and employers share 12%,both were deducted from Employees salary...is it true?it happens like that???employees have to pay for both??
i have attached the salary breakup excel sheet (plz do not mind as i copied it from CiteHR only,i know it is someones copyright)
please help me clear my doubts.
