Hi i am Btech 2009 pasout..since two years i am working as IT recruiter,But Now want to make my career as HR Generalist,right now i am working in IT product Organisation and here my manager is supporting me in learning HR Generalist responsibilities. like i am managing Leave Data and giving Induction/training to new joinies and even doing regular employee engagement activities. But still i am not handling whole payroll , want to know will i be accepted by any other MNC as HR generalist or i should do some extra course or MBA..only then i will be eligible for that role

Try to do a distance MBA course. Most of the top companies might not consider Distant MBA, but small companies will consider. Best of luck.

why not top companies even if i am experienced and i do my work perfectly...is thr any why out...i cant do regular MBA dont have time to do that....is thr any way out?????????
