I am working with a Mumbai based FMCG company.
We are planning to restructure the mobile allowance for our senior employees from marketing division, say for Brand Managers and above level.
Is there any standard slabs for these positions in the industry?Request you all to guide me on the above mentioned allowance policy.

Hi Preeti,
There is no specific allowance policy is available in the industry. It depends from organisation to organisation. It can be vary between Rs. 1500/- to Rs. 2200/- p.m.
Now a days blackberry is given to many employees. The allowance for the same is seperate.
