I have been working as an HR Generalist almost 3 years in a small size (12 to 18 employees) organization. Even Though I am satisfied with what I am doing ( mostly recruitment, payroll, relation - no statutory part as it's not applicable). And my boss is always very cooperative with me in terms of any work related issue. But I really want to grow to the next level of HRM, although I am totally blank what is that next level, how to reach there?
The concern is I just do not know, what ever I am doing, those are best practices or not and how to understand that? should I work with more number of employees in a different organization, Do I need to upgrade my skills? If yes then what kind of skills are important as per current market scenario? Do I need to do any certifications ( SHRM CP/ PHR) to boost my career. I am an MBA in HR from a tier 2 college under University OF Mysore.
Dear Senior, if my concern is relevant kindly help me out.
