i have recently join in a small software company as a hr executive and i really dont know about hr policies because i am totally fresher and in a company there is no hr who can help me , i am the only hr person what should i do, the senior sir asking for me hr policies..... Dear All friend,
One employee of our company got death due to heart attack in the night who was staying in company guest house and we admitted to him in hospitalize where he got death in same night.
Here I wants to ask to you all that I wants to write an application to our CMD Sir to donate fund to lt employee family. Kindly give me a formate to write application to our CMD to grant.
