Hi,
I had started to work in a recruitment company w/o pf basis. I had leave the job in 1 month because they are exploits employees by doing extra time work as they had not that mentioned before, and it is night shift job and i leave the job because of my family health issues. But now i got a notice from company regarding full and final settlement and they tell me that i have negetive settlement according to him and they are telling me for paying 50000 rupees for not continuing the job. I have under trainee position and they provide their basic 1 week training regarding their work sehudule and doing some buddy sitting for knowing how to work, and they had not provide me salary of 15 days of work.
What should i do in such conditions???
Is these is legal or should i have to send him a legal notice too for asking for unreasonable money for training??
