Hi Mohit,
First of all tell me you want to know about the various forms required at the time of joining in Government Office / Private Office.
Secondly, you have to join some office, or you have to prepare the list of forms required.
There are number of forms required at the time of joining in the Public Sector Undertaking (Government Office) in which I am serving. I'll try to find all the forms and forward to you whenever I get it.

Hi,
Anurahda has covered almost everything and I do agree……….. except for one. Hope you’ll can clear this doubt for me;
Is the Salary certificate from previous employer something which is necessary at the time of joining, without which joining cannot be done??? A relieving letter shows that he was employed at that particular organization but Salary certificates may deprive him of his ability to bargain for a higher salary when joining a new organization.
Any help, thoughts, comments are highly welcome!!!!!!

Hi
Many companies do not ask for the salary certificates.The new concept is for the salary slip now.Along with all the document which anuradha has specified,you ca even ask for the previous two months salary slip.

Hi Mohit,
Salary certificate is not so important because you already discussed their salary and offered as per discussions. The important part is resignation and acceptance letter. At times what happens that candidates negotiate their salary with the present employer while showing offer letter, which is very bad practice now these days. Therefore after giving offer letter ask immediately to send their resignation letter and at the time of joining tell them to come along with acceptance letter.
Rest formalities, you have already got the answer.
Hope it will help you out.
Thanks,
John
