Dear Praveen,

In the year 2005-06, Six DEE took several initiatives to stay at the forefront of technology and management practices. These included positioning Six DEE as a Global Product Company, expanding the geographical spread, developing stronger costumer intimacy, assimilating new technologies and strengthening internal systems and processes.

While the necessary initiatives are being taken to meet the demands of a competitive market, we are all aware of the current global market situation. The unpredictability associated with the prevailing business environment in the next few quarter calls for prudence in all our actions and necessitates taking strategic measures.

Recognizing your effort and performance, we are pleased to inform you that your gross salary has been revised to Rs. 375000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs and Seventy Five Thousand) per annum with effect from 1st day of April, 2006.

Your salary details are strictly private and confidential and details in this letter must not be disclosed and discussed to others. Please acknowledge your acceptance of the revised terms by signing a duplicate copy of this letter.

We take this opportunity to place on record our appreciation of your contribution during the past financial year. We look forward to your continued support in future.

Regards,

(ABCD)
