I am resigned my previous company from August-2011, one month notice of resignation by giving PL Leave application but till date the management not take any action and can’t accepted my resignation and my name was in company role , the management refuses to sign the pf withdrawal forms and full and final dues.in this connection Sr.Manager(Admin.) told me that in giving a notice PL leave application is not authenticated. Please help me and give advice regarding my issue urgently.

Hi Guys,
I worked with Mphasis an HP co from Jan 2006 to Jul 2009. I resigned company with proper resignation and notice period of 15 days. I have tried to reach the company via phone and emails too many times but all in vain. I sent email informing that I am ready to pay the settlement amount immediately also... but still no luck.
** As per the CiteHR PF forum notes I under that after 2mths employee can directly go and apply for PF... if yes then can I apply for PF directly to PF office without submitting forms to the company ???
Please help guys...
