Pls clarify my doubt regarding the Prilivilege leave.
1) If the Privilege Leave may carry forward to next year
2) Privilege Leave has comes under which act
3) what is the eligibility to get the Privilege Leave.
4) how may days for Privilege Leave.
5) if there is any nomrs regarding this.
6) Wheather this PL has added in Full and Final settlement

Pls go through the state act, if u are registered under factory act, pls follow it.
or register under shop & est. act, pls go through it.
U will get ur answers.
Yes, PL can be encashed at the time of F& F, if there is balance in emp. a/c.

vipin has rightly said you have to be specific about the act because factories act has different provisions and different state have different provisions of leave under shop and establisment act.
