Background: My parent company is based in the UK, and we have an affiliated sister company in India that operates from a coworking space. Due to the ongoing Covid situation, we have transitioned to remote work. As part of our strategic decisions, we are now planning to shift the payroll structure from India to the UK. Consequently, we are in the process of drafting new agreements with our employees.

In this context, I have a query: Are there any law or regulation from RBI (Reserve Bank of India) in regards to what type of contracts are acceptable to receive compensation for work from international entities?

RBI don’t regulate the labor laws. this needs discussion before we conclude anything.
