I want to know how payroll structure is created in a small organization and what necessary items need to be covered in it. Please help me as I need to learn more about payroll and its policies that should be included.

Sorry, but still, it's not clear.

Is there any specific percentage to decide basic, HRA, or other conveyance? Suppose CTC is 15000 p.m or 1.80 Lac p.a, then how to make a salary breakup for the above-mentioned.

Actually, it's not very clear to me. Okay, even my question is the same. For HRA, in some figures, it is 10% and in some, it is 12%. Another thing, why in some cases is ESI deducted while in some there are no deductions?
