To full fill the gaps, this is my advice: Employee in question can not demand settlement as he is desiring, His Full & Final should be from back wages only as per law. so goahead and tel him either he accept or decline in writing stating the reasons, and he can go to court for releif. and for HR Fight the case with full confidence.

One Day in my company One worker in company his duty but his drink wine our company supervisor are helt that time it is reversed helt the supervisor also supervisor out company that person i am hr in company so company managment sujjetion that worker are terminated in that job. but his are talk me personali for out me company his understand me personaly terminated him.so hi was given me DHAMKI kill me. managment not reply for termination.so please help.

Dear Mr. Lakshmi Gopal,
I will repeat my sentence here, both the things should not be mixed.
If you had offered increase in notice period first and not declared increament at the same time, you can have revised / reassess the thought of increament.
It's but natural that every body looks for their benefit, Employee looks for increament and you are looking for his acceptance of the letter.
Second thign increment should not be given conditional. You had offered two things at the same time and it is up to the employee, eighter accept one or both.
Management has not eyes, it can hear only. Put your legs in the same shoe and you will realise the fact immediatly.
This is like, there is only a perfact man in the world, that every mother has. Mother can not say any thing for his child except goodness.

Increment letter can be conditional. If the employee agree to the condition and accepts than only he is eligible for increment. Here the employee has rejected the condition and resigned, so the question of settlement with new increment does not arise.
