I Naveen Joined in company may 2011. Now I resigned to my job in oct 31.
My Hr is deducting my money as pf . But I didnt sign any where in any form for the PF deduction. Can he deduct money without my sign.
Now If I go another company can I use the previous Pf num only. because 6 months didnt happen no.
And If I need to fill up form 13 to transfer to new pf ac. i need to keep signature in the form. So as I didnt sign any where for to open my prevoius a/c num is it possible.
