Hey Pooja,
Just look for good career oriented firm. If it is good company they will provide you a good pay inturn.
However you are pursuing your MBA so look forward for a company where you can learn related to your domain field.
Once you are done with MBA and possess hand on experience you can negotiate salary there after as per the market.
Hope it is taken in right way.

Hi Pooja,
for negotiating salary three things are must.
1. Strong/high communication skills and SELF CONFIDENCE.
2.Nice experience in related fields.
3.Appropriate degree/diploma.
if you have above mentioned these three things, you may negotiate salary.

Since you have had a gap, companies would offer the same salary or slightly less, try and negotiate for same or 10% more, at this point getting back into job and establishing yourself is more important than monetary benefit. It will fall in place once you prove your talent

Hi Pooja
I do agree with the above advice as you got a break in your career reestablishing yourself should be the main motive rather than the salary.Once you achieve your first step then I think their should not be any means for you to negotiate your salary. You yourself will start getting good packages but with your talent, skillset and experience.
