Basic - 2100
HRA - 1050
CCA - 210
Conv - 800
Med.All - 1250
Spl.All - 1590
LOP - 12
Worked days - 18
Salary - 4200.
1.How to calculate the earnings coloumn in pay slip.
2.let me know the tax calculation formula .
3.any excel format , to collect the tax documents from employees.
Please let me know.

Hi,
I am forwaring u the tax calculation sheet.please put the figures u would get the taxable salary & tax to be paid. To get the tax benefit employee is requird to produce the original document to declare the investment & fill the declaration form.
If an employee wants to save his HRA or wants his HRA to be exempted from tax so please give the rent payment slip & it should be more quite than the HRA paid by co. I hope it would help u.
