Dear HR Professionals,
I would like to know from you all that what kind of System you are having in your company for Time keeping and Attendance/Leave.
I'm working in an IT company at Mumbai and we are facing the problem of counting working hours.
Kindly suggest me one software which used to count, Punch in, punch out, lunch in, lunch out, break in/break out.

Dear Miss Joshi,
In our co. Biometric Attendance system is followed. You can contact any esteemed vendor.
There may be more alternative, first of all pls priorities your requirement/s accordingly choose the best system.
Before finalizing any product, consult with Admin-Purchase Incharge and have a look on merits and demerits as well.
So far as Lunch in/out, Break in/out, grace period, minimum/maximum working hours aspects are concerned, you have to frame out company policy.
Take management prior approval and then only circulate policy to all employees.

Since I came across your post today, I would like to introduce you to a cloud-based time and attendance software 'ClockIt'. This is a software which can be integrated with your current hardware device. It helps you with a dashboard with 4 major parameters and sends out emails to all employees informing them of their day at work. Since these e-mails are automated and sent to the employees (admin has access to the data as well), it makes it easy for the HR/Admin to ensure punctuality is maintained in the company.
