Dear All,
I am presently working Indian Air Force as a Medical Assistant and completing my 20 yes of service in Feb 2015. My job is in office administration. I do maintain office correspondence, daily mail updates, manpower mgmt, organizing various health camps, etc. My edn qlfn is B.com(2001), MBA (HR) (2014). As I am about to quit the service I have to search a new job. I am not interested in continuing the medical line of jobs like Hospital administration). Is there any chance for me to change my career from Hospitals to some private companies? Is it a wise decision? Kindly give your suggestions.

Dear Friend,
My first advise to you, never quit present job without having any offer of another suitable job in your hand. Once you quit a job without any other job in hand, your bargaining power is zero. You will find it difficult to get ANY job.
My second advise, do your SWOT analysis. Make your vision clear and project yourself for specific position in job market. Register yourself in various job portal.
All the Best to you.
