Hi! I need your help design KRAs, KPIs & Action Plans for our dept to meet the vision-mission of our company. Im in- charge of Admin & Maintenance Dept tasked to submit the above subject.
Below is our objective (goal) w/c is part of our Vision-Mission.
The ___ Convention Center is envisioned to be the best and leading venue for local and international meetings, conventions, exhibitions and corporate events. With its modern facilities and amenities matched with distinctive, professional and personalized service, ___ aims to make the Philippines one of the premier destinations for the global MICE industry.
We will focus on the distinctive, professional & personalized service aspect. The Administration & Maintenance Dept consists of the ff sub-departments:
1. Housekeeping
2. Guest Services
3. Tenant Relations
4. Warehousing
6. Civil & Maintenance
Please help me create KRAs, KPIs & Action plans for each of the described sub-departments. Thanks in advance & God bless :)

This is what we did....
1. Out of your vision & mission, create strategic themes...2. Establish corporate objectives out of your strategic themes...3. then set measures on your objectives (this is the KPIs)...4. out of your KPIs or corporate objective...you will formulate your own action plan on how to achieve those objectives/targets...this works best together with all key leaders of the organization...
