It is certainly worth a try. I have seen many new points surface in a meeting. The management must be well prepared to answer all the queries. HR must ensure that discipline and decorum is properly maintained. Don't expect bouquets. But you will get raw facts. Once you are closer to truth, taking appropriate action will enhance productivity.
