Dear Mr.Hemant,
All most all trainings are based on expected learning, except few refreshing training programs.
And to conclude on the topic for the training, you have to go through the training need identification process. Design a training need identification form and distribute to all departmental heads to know the gap between the expected performance and actual performance of the particular employees working under them. After receiving the forms, summarise the training needs and pick a universal (means a common) training need to finalise your topic.
Just u cant do training like wat u r thinking, if u want the participants to learn on the topic ! ! !
For refreshing, you can go with games, debets, extempores etc.
Feel free for contacting me for any clarification and help.
Best wishes,

Dear
Hemant Rathod

First of all in training class INDUCTION programme should be organised it may be from 3 days to 7 days . Later you as per your job description you decide which priority comes first and that training will be given first, but before goving job training the new commers should be fully acquainted with your organisation culture, organisation motive, about your production / or services , process and who is your customer , what major precations should be taken by the side of to aviod accident.

For all new employees its best to give a induction programme , meaning about the company the departments, the company goals , vision, mission the expectations etc. you could add group discussions, to get ideas, games, to have a feeling among the staff that they are welcome with open arms to the company it has to be a one day session. this either you could do it with an outsider and about the company overview the HR manager could do it

Hi Hemanth
As everyone has suggested , please develop a training need analysis form and exactly identify the technical as well as behavioural training needs. Then prepare the modules accordingly
you can contact me on for any help on preparing the forms or modules.
