HI sANGANI,
Executive is the designation in HR department. There may be more than one executives in the HR department, basing on the requirements and the company / departmental need the execuitves are delegated various responsibilities like recruitment, Training, Compensation & Benefit Management, Pay roll Management etc., etc. Generalist roll is to take care of every thing pertaining to HR department.
Deivision of responsibilities normally shall be in major industries where the number of employees are high and the Generalist roll shall in the small scale industries where one person shall be available.
The positions shall be like Executive HR ( Recruitment), Executive HR (Training &Devpt), Executive HR (C&B), Executive HR (Career Plng), Executive HR ( Performance Management), Executive HR (Pay roll mgmt) & Executive HR (Generalist). etc etc

I believe you might have not read my communication. Once again I want to reconfirm you Executive is the designation & department is HR.
Recruitment, Training&Dev, Pay roll etc are the Role & responsibilities in HR. As you are presently taking care of all responsibilities in HR hence your's is a higher role than the Executive - HR who is taking care of Recruitment or Payroll or Training & development.
Any Execuitve - Hr is taking care of only recruitment / pay roll / Training & Development is only fit for that role only but you have a wide choice and eligible for any responsibility of all the functions what you are taking care of.
If you are applying for any job you have to mention that you are working as Executive - HR (Generalist) & underneath you have to write the areas where you have expertize.
