Hello,
Very recently I've joined a small size IT organization as Manager Recruitment. I've got to know that there is no formal KPI / KRA process, set for the recruitment team, which consists of 2 members (excluding myself).
Please assist me in how to go ahead with this exercise (of setting the KPI / KRA), also a few KPI / KRA forms will be helpfull in taking this activity ahead.

Hi Rishikesh,
KPI's are role specific and each department has individuals with defined roles & responsibilities, which makes the KPI role specific.
In my understanding, I don't think there can be a 'general' KPI in an organization.
