Hi All, I have a query regarding appraisals in my company. we do not have rigid policies however Management uses them at their convenience.
To be eligible for the appraisal cycle one has to complete 10 months, I have 10 days of difference to fall in the oct-nov appraisal cycle, please guide what can be done in this case.
Can management accept my request and consider me in the Oct Nov appraisal cycle or do I need to wait for March '2022 cycle.
