Dear Amit,
The Key Result Area(KRA) will have certain parameters and the same should be issued by your reporting manager on the day of your joining. Which explains you that what is your KRA, weightage for the same, how your reporting manager will measure will be mentioned in detailed.
Eg:if you take HR operations as an example the following will be your major KRAs
Payroll - to be sent to Finance on or before 2nd of every month(Target) - 30% weightage
Associate Data Bank
Joining Formalities
Attendance & Leave Management
All associate related documents preparation
Personal Files Management
Exit Management
Depending on the priority and importance of the task the weightage and measure will be done.
