Hello everyone, I sign a bond with a company in Jan 2021, not on stamp paper. In that, they mentioned that I didn't leave the organization for 2 years and they will provide me training for three months. In the first three months, no salary will be given to me. From 4th month the stipend of 5k will be provided for next three months and from 7th month 15k salary will be provided. But if I break the bond 1.20k amount I have to pay the organization as they train me. I didn't receive a single salary or single rupee till now and have not received any stipend amount from the organization.

They said my the reasons that due to the covid crisis salaries are pending or late and they didn't pay single employee from past 4 months. And they take my original documents like mark list and degree certificates. Now without salary, I am suffering from lots of struggle bcoz it is the only source of income for my family. How should I leave my job? If I leave my job then do I have to pay them money? Please suggest to me, how can I get my documents and salary.
Thank you in advance

Dear Member,
Your case as mentioned may equated as Bonded Labour which is prohibited. Please write your employer /HR an email about entire incident and give them a chance to respond to you. If still they don't pay your stipend and also don't return your documents, you can file a FIR in local Police station and also complaint with local Labour Office.

Dear Member,
You should make complaint in local administration including police and mark copy to labour dept also .
Your employer is also liable to pay for the period.
Can you pls share the copy of agreement you signed with the employer!
