I am working in construction company .We are giving our engineers and technicians as well as some machinery on rent to some of the construction companies.
Our labors are staying in our customers premises during lock down period .
As per agreement ,our customers pay us our staff salaries after cutting dues like mess allowance and we pay from our company to our staff.
In current scenario ,our customer is refusing to pay us our staff salary from 22 nd March 2020 .
What action can we take?
Is there any law which states that our customer must pay us in this current period of COVID 19.
