Your problem is how to approach colleges and institution, so solution is that there are some organizations which work as intermediate on commission basis and help you to find out clients (colleges/institutions) for conducting workshops. They manage everything workshop venue, schedule, dates, timing etc.
Generally, they charge 40-50% commission e.g. for 3 hour/ one day session if they charged client Rs.10000/- so their share could be Rs.5000/- or less. but still beneficial for you.
