Hi Vishnu,
What are you trying to do? The bank would have asked experience certificate from the previous employers OR would be an employment letter from your present company to acknowledge that you are currently employed with that organization. As most banks, apart from the salary slips/bank statement you produce, would prefer an employment letter confirming the same. Please check properly. Also I am not sure what you would do getting a sample format of the experience letter?

When ever any loan is applied by any individual through a bank, the application form itself contain a space for employer's certificate which will be sufficient for the loan providing bank. why separate letter?

Vishnu,
I understand that not all the employer will have the facility to provide a loan to their employees. Please speak with the bank as in what they are looking for and get it done from your current employer.
